We offer domestic shipping within the United States and international shipping to select countries, including those in Europe. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The tax prices are already reflected in our item(s) current price. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. For international orders, including those to Europe, please note that taxes and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing. On average, deliveries to Europe may take between 7-14 business days from the date of shipment for standard shipping. However, please be aware that unforeseen delays due to customs clearance procedures or other factors beyond our control may occur, extending the delivery time frame.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we appreciate your patience and understanding regarding any potential delays in transit.

We do not refund for change of mind. If there are any damages on your CANARY CULTURE LUXE regular-priced item(s), we accept returns received within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must have their tags attached and be in their original condition. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected. The customer is responsible for the return label. To get started, send an email to, and we will initiate the process.

Items "On Sale" are not eligible for return. Charges related to shipping are not refundable. Photos of damages to the item(s) and packaging may be needed to determine eligibility for return. We will send you an email when your refund has been processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your original method of payment.

Additionally, please note that we do not accept any forms of refund from the CANARY CULTURE ECO line whatsoever. These items are printed only when ordered specifically for you. We advise you to be very detailed in making purchases from this line of clothing.

Return Policy for Europe: Please note that, due to the base of our company being in the US, we do not accept returns for purchases made from Europe. All sales to Europe are final, and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
